Bowl For Kids' Sake is the largest special event operated by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lake County.  Last year, over $75,000 was raised through these events - to support our mentoring programs.

Bowl For Kid's Sake is a fun time for all involved, while raising much needed financial support for children who are in need of a mentor.  Whether you are a bowling enthusiast or somebody who just wants to help make a difference, this is the event for you.

Bowl For Kids' Sake is also a great tool for a corporate team building event.  They are "turn-key" and something that we can manage for any size company.

The 4th Annual CDW Bowl for Kids' Sake event is scheduled for Thursday, January 29th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Brunswick Zone Hawthorn in Vernon Hills.

CDW has been a wonderful partner with the event raising over $20,000 annually for mentoring programs in Lake County.

For CDW employees who are participating in the 2009 event, the Coworker Matching Charitable Gifts Form is below.  Please make sure you fill this out for gifts received from other CDW coworkers.  Also, the PDF titled "BBBSLC Page" is page four of the form that is prefilled with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lake County's information.  You can copy and paste the info from this form to the main matching gifts form and print it out.

Our Big Little Bowl For Kids' Sake event is scheduled for Sunday, February 22nd from 1 PM to 3 PM at Brunswick Zone Lakehurst in Waukegan.  Big Brothers and Big Sisters spend an afternoon with their Little Brother or Little Sister to have a good time and raise funds for the organization.

Bigs are asked to please arrive 25 minutes prior to the event to handle registration, lane assignments, pick up bowling shoes and connect with your Little Brother or Little Sister.
